Privacy notice on the processing of personal data

This notice explains how the personal data you submit through the demo request form on the Kognitera website is processed, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller
The data controller is İnfus Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“İnfus”), based at Teknopark Ankara. You can reach us at info@kognitera.com.
Personal data processed
The information you share in the form is processed:
- Identity: full name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Professional: the company you work for
- Request details: the channels you are interested in, estimated conversation volume and your message
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Assessing your demo request and contacting you
- Planning the demo meeting and preparing a first draft of the scope
- Keeping a record of correspondence about your request
Method of collection and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically through the form on the website. It is processed on the legal bases in Article 5(2) of the Law: that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
Transfers
Your data may be shared only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary with the suppliers that provide the website's hosting and email services. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
- Object to an outcome against you that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
How to apply
You can send your requests to info@kognitera.com. Your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
